Identifying your blind
In order to determine the exact spare part for your window type, we need the data from the name plate of your blind and your roof window.

Enter your data plate information (window)
Locate the data plate on your roof window
Refer to the typesign of your window, as seen below. All VELUX roof windows produced after 1968 have a type sign stating exact information about the window located in the corner of the top sash behind the ventilation flap.
Since 2014
Locate the silver colored sign on the left hand side of your window when the window is open.
2000-2013
Locate the grey colored sign on the right hand side of your window, visible when the window is open.
Locate the silver colored sign on the back of your blind
Refer to the sticker on your blind, as seen below. This contains information on the type of blind and time of production.
External Awning blinds
Locate the sign on the inside of your awning blind
Blackout and roller blinds
Rotate your window 180° and locate the grey colored sign on the back to find the required data.
Pleated and Energy blinds
Rotate your window and locate the silver colored sign on the back of the silver bar used to operate the blind.
